I started my own real estate firm in Concord, North Carolina in 1997 utilizing my educational background which includes an MBA from Wake Forest University and Bachelors of Business Administration from UNC-Charlotte. As the Broker/Owner my goal was to provide a “boutique style” full service real estate experience offering personalized and professional real estate sales and consulting services to residential clients, commercial clients and investors. It is said that the purchase of a home is typically the single largest investment most of us will make in our lives yet it can be the most emotional. My philosophy as a real estate professional is that my role is to help educate my client, arm them with information, and provide guidance as needed. As agents I believe it is our job to help facilitate the transaction and not get in the way. This comes by providing excellent service throughout the process so at the end when we have closed on your home, it will have been a great customer experience. I have successfully competed with other firms of all sizes by establishing an untarnished reputation for being ethical, honest and cooperative in working with clients, lenders, and other agents in cross-selling opportunities. My responsibilities in managing my own real estate firm include all areas of business operations including sales, prospecting, advertising, marketing, budgeting and accounting, management of other agents, and daily broker operations. I also bring knowledge of the construction side with general contracting experience.
